About Us

People Management Society (PMSoc) is an interest organization under the College of Business Administration and Accountancy of De La Salle University- Dasmariñas.This organization is affiliated with the Junior People Management Association of the Philippines (JPMAP) and with the Junior Asian Association of School for HRDM Practitioners Inc. (JAASHPI). Following the guidelines in pursuit for excellence and professionally compatible, this organization ensures its members with developing the skills cognitively by providing academic based activities and empowers them to develop their interpersonal and communication skills with high standards to ensure that every member become professionals.

For this academic year, we are focusing on rising to the 𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐒 𝐓𝐎𝐆𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑!𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 'the' 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐬, we are born to shine with ambitions. We're here to 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 with succession and dedication. ✨As PMSOCCERs, we take the necessary steps to make this happen. This takes us where we need to go, no matter how bumpy the ride is! Events

For the first semester of the Academic Year 2022-2023, PMSoc curated activities that would make all PMSoccers to Go Up! Last semester, PMSoc hosted 3 online events. The following are the events planned and its gist:SOLITUDE: “Alone but not lonely, let us face our different battles TOGETHER” is an activity with a combined concert and mini contest, that aimed to enlighten and encourage all students that they are never alone facing their battles and God is always here with them. This activity was held on November 7, 2022. #SOLITUDE2022Different articles have different opinions and data regarding why Gen Z is the worst or best generation but the question, “Are Gen Z the worst or best generation?” can’t seem to be really answered. Not to mention the current generational gap our world is experiencing right now. Thus, the PMSoc Major Event Generational Breakdown: The New Chapter is a webinar that applied all these questions and aspects in the world of people management. This event was conducted on November 25, 2022. #GenerationalBreakdownOUR YOUTH IS OURS mainly focused on youth in our generation. This activity aimed to help the People Management Society’s Members and the
Lasallian Community to eliminate the obstacles that hinders them from achieving Self-empowerment. It also aimed to empower youth and encourage them to never be afraid to speak up for themselves. This event was concluded last December 16, 2022. #OurYouthisOurs
